Still, it contains non-standard implementations of HTML, CSS and Javascript. However, given that it was released on August 27, 2001, one can not assign blame to Microsoft, but rather encourage people to upgrade their browsers.</p>
<p>So why are people reluctant to update their browsers? Data from <a href="http://www.tyoob.com/c61fh" target="_blank">swivel</a> shows the following:</p>
